2. Information Collection
We collect information voluntarily provided to us when you engage with our Executive AI Readiness Audit or contact forms. This may include your name, professional email, company metadata, and specific operational friction points shared during the assessment.
2.5 SMS Messaging and Phone Data
If you opt in to receive SMS (text) messages — including promotional messages about Truva, our AI phone receptionist, as well as appointment reminders or customer care — we collect your mobile number, your name, your business name (optional), and your email address (optional). We also record, for compliance purposes, the timestamp of your request (stored in Coordinated Universal Time) and the exact consent disclosure you were shown at the time you opted in.
Opt-in is two-step. Submitting the opt-in form records a pending request. A one-time confirmation text is then sent to the number you provided, and promotional messages begin only after you reply YES to confirm. Both the request and your confirmation are recorded for our consent audit trail. If you do not confirm, no promotional messages will be sent.
This information is used strictly to deliver the communication services you requested and to maintain the written consent audit trail required by messaging programs. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share them only with the service providers and carriers necessary to operate the messaging program (under strict confidentiality), or where required by law or to enforce our rights.
Consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
3. Utilization of Data
We use collected data to architect your personalized AI strategy reports and deliver mission-critical support. We do not share, sell, or trade your data with third parties for promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all third-party sharing, except as required for service operation under strict confidentiality.
